Q: How many people can we include in our photo session?
The session fee is good for one family. An additional fee may apply for extended family or friends.
Q: What to wear for a photo session?
We suggest keeping it simple. Blue jeans and bare feet look great on kids of all ages. For children, we recommend bright vivid colors. Families sessions come out beautifully with dark denims and solid tops in complimentary colors. Most of all, dress comfortably and be YOU!
Q: Where will the session be?
At Enchanting Moments the world is your backdrop. Sessions take place at the location of your choice. Your home, my home, or an outdoor location such as your favorite park. Don't worry if you don't have a place in mind, we will find the perfect place to express the inner you. Children are generally more at ease in an environment with which they are familiar. Newborn sessions usually take place in your home unless otherwise requested. Keep in mind that if we schedule an outdoor shoot and weather does not cooperate we may have to reschedule.
Q: If I need to cancel or reschedule, will I have to pay for another session?
No, if you have paid a deposit then you will not have to pay another one if you need to cancel or reschedule for any reason. Please notify photographer as soon as possible if anything arises.
Q: When should I book my Maternity/Newborn session?
We recommend scheduling your maternity session any time after 32 weeks. It is best to photograph newborns during the first two weeks of life. Please let us know of your due date and call us when you deliver. For more information Newborn Session Info
Q: How soon can I see and purchase my images?
Give us three weeks at the most. Typically images are ready in much less time. You will receive a call or email you when they are ready. Purchasing can be done at your leisure directly from the site. You will receive your very own private viewing gallery that will be password protected if requested. You can share this with friends and family to show off your pictures.
Q: How long will my session be available for view on the site?
Your gallery will be available for view and purchase for 120 days. If you need more time, please contact us as a rehosting fee may apply.
Q: Can I only order prints?
No, we offer regular prints in a variety of sizes and we also offer showcase prints on canvas, coffee table books, and stand out prints. We also offer a variety of specialty items from mouse pads, coasters, key chains, greeting cards and much more.
Q: Can I print my own photos?
Yes, customers who purchase digital content are allowed to print photographs for personal use. A Print Release Form can be viewed here. Print Release Form Notice: This does not cover previews, sneak peeks, and other photographs that contain watermarks Q. How do I select and send my favorite Poses?
There are two ways to select favorites: multiple selection in thumbnail view or individual selection in image view. From Thumbnail view, Click "Select Photos", Select Pictures (A check should appear in corner), Click "Add To Favorites". From Image view, Click the "Add To Favorites" link above picture.
